Heike Tressa was a Romulan military officer and Commander in the late 24th century serving the I.R.W.
Caterina and then, after its destruction by the explosion of the Romulan star, the
I.R.W. Ketaryn. During her run, she did missions and technology testing for the Tal Shiar, including shared testing with Section 31 and the
Phoenix-X. After officially joining the Tal Shiar, for a short while, she alienated her daughter
Wyn Tressa.
