Tifa

Tifa was a Doctor and Chief medical officer aboard the U.S.S. Dropzone, attached to Starbase 55 in the late 24th century. She was Human.

Sometime before 2406, she and many others were caught in a massive molecular reversion field which caused her to revert to a younger age.
