Mayhem

Mayhem was a Starfleet hologram and computer virus who later served as an Intelligence officer aboard the Phoenix-X. There, he was reprogrammed with a darker personality and helped study tribble history during a ship invasion of Tribble. He later left the ship to do reconnaissance for Section 31.

By the early 25th century, Mayhem was tricked into opening an interphasic flexure to the Zalconians aboard the U.S.S. Hijinx and later recruited Task Force Epsilon to hunt down a rogue Oroku Seifer in the Alternate Reality. [Read more]
